She is the CEO and Co-founder of 44:21 and a former Cultural Leader-in-Residence at the Kennedy Center. At 44:21, she works as a producer, director, and creative director. Her creative approach to organizational design and brand development is one of her biggest strengths in her work. Before starting 44:21, she worked with Sony Music Entertainment and the Kennedy Center, doing work focused on branding and artist relations. She is also a curator and has curated numerous concerts and festivals in the DC area. Bisagna is passionate about projects rooted in social change, championing creativity, and utilizing storytelling in its many forms to develop engaging art and campaigns that inspire discussion.
Nabil President & Co-founder of 44:21, Nabil Abdulkadir is an Ethiopian-American filmmaker & multimedia artist from Rockville, Maryland. He has done content and curation work with a range of institutions, such as Sony Music Entertainment and The Kennedy Center. Currently, a former Cultural Leader-in-Residence at the Kennedy Center residing in Washington, D.C., his work draws upon community, music, and capturing authenticity through the lens. Nabil believes in the power of storytelling through different forms of media and prioritizes working on projects that shed light on stories that historically go untold.

She co-founded Innervision, which was selected for the inaugural Cultural Leaders-in-Residence program at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. She has led teams on both the agency and in-house side, most recently heading global communications for an international arts nonprofit.
